CAVE KOUROUM KEFRAYA PETIT NOIR
Lovely lively garnet color with violet reflection. It has a complex nose with a lot of fruits. The tannins are still young but well-rounded, soft, silky, giving a good balance in the mouth with flavors of dark fruits. A wonderfully long finish ending on a delightful liquorice note. Is is made from Cinsault (70%) and Grenache (30%).

KSARA CUVÉE III MILLENIUM RED
Full bodied, matured in French oak casks (50% new oak) for about 14 months in our underground aging cellars, them filtered and bottled. A dense deep purple red robe, it has a fruity and subtle nose of raspberry and black current with a vanilla character. In the mouth it has structure, power and length with firm tannins a rich and very complex wine.

Double grape selection: plot harvesting and manual selection on the conveyor belt. Air pump press below 2 bars and low temperature alcoholic fermentation. Bottling the following February.

MASSAYA CLASSIC RED The wine is well balanced and fruity. The color is bright, the nose is clear with red fruit aromas. Manual harvesting in September. Double grape selection: plot harvesting and manual selection on the conveyor belt. Careful vinification for an optimal extraction aging in concrete tanks to preserve the fruits. Bottling the following June.

Bottling the following October. An aging of 6 months follows.
